Kickboxing for a Cause: Animal Haven

Join Hit House for a cardio kickboxing & HIIT workout led by Tobias at McCarren Park in Williamsburg, BK on Sunday, June 25th at 11am. This donation-based class is for all levels and requires no equipment. Wear sneakers and bring water. Use the entrance at Lorimer & Driggs.

Animal Haven is a nonprofit organization that finds homes for abandoned cats and dogs throughout the Tri-State area and provides behavior intervention when needed to improve chances of adoption.

This is a donation-based workout: donate what you can to the Animal Haven. You will receive an e-mail with an exact location and check in contact information. In case of inclement weather, you will be notified via e-mail at least two hours prior.
