Spring Street Shadowboxing (9/1)

Workout with co-founder Tyler Scott as close to the studio as possible! Meet us for a socially-distant cardio kickboxing & hiit workout on Tuesday morning, September 1st, at 8:30am at the DeSalvio Playground (44 Spring Street, between Mott & Mulberry). Wear sneakers, a mask, sunscreen & bring water (there is a water refill station). We aim to workout on the basketball court, in the shade. Class capacity is capped to ensure proper distancing. In case of inclement weather, you will be notified via e-mail at least two hours prior (since this class is early, you may be notified night prior). No refunds. Class is transferrable.
